Lycamobile celebrates Sunday Times Top Track 100 accolade
Lycamobile, the largest global provider of low-cost international mobile calls, has today announced that it has been placed in The Sunday Times Top Track 100. The Sunday Times Top Track 100 league table ranks Britain’s leading 100 private companies with the biggest sales. It is compiled by Fast Track and published in The Sunday Times each June, with a series of associated dinners in the autumn.
Announced on the 29th of June 2014, the telecom giant was ranked for the first time in 58th position. Other businesses which join Lycamobile in the prestigious table include Clarks, Arcadia and Alliance Boots.
The announcement coincides with several successful promotions which have continued to drive sales for the company during the first half of the year. In particular in April, Lycamobile not only launched its 4G service across the UK, but also began offering customers across its 17 operating countries the chance to make unlimited free calls to other Lycamobile customers.
Lycamobile Chairman, Allirajah Subaskaran added:
“I am very proud that Lycamobile has been acknowledged for its successes and is ranked in the Sunday Times Top Track 100. I would like to congratulate the hardworking team who have been instrumental in securing this fantastic achievement and am confident that we will be able to build on these successes over the coming 12 months.”
